Itinerary:- 10th June  : Transfer from Entebbe International Airport to Lake Bunyonyi On your arrival at Entebbe international airport, you will be met by driver guide who will brief you about your tour. You will later be driven in comfortable and secure touring vehicle, set off for an 8-9 hour drive to the south western part of the country. You will have a stopover at the Equator where you will have an opportunity to stand in 2 hemispheres at the same time and take some photos. You will make another stopover for lunch en-route, with a last stopover at Lake Bunyonyi. This lake is said to be one of the most beautiful places in western Uganda. It is the second deepest lake in Africa [900 meters deep] and also one of the few places in the country where it is considered safe to swim as it is bilharzias free. The landscape around the lake is made up of terraced hills protruding from the water’s edge. Bunyonyi means “place of little birds” and as the name suggests, there is plenty of birdlife around the lake. Take a canoe ride before continuing with your journey to Bwindi arriving in the late evening. Dinner and overnight will be at bunyonyi  safari car Uganda trek  






11th June : Lake Bunyonyi Boat Ride to the Island

Just after breakfast ,  take a boat ride to Habukomi island on  the lake is hideaway for pelicans, and  birds. Then paddle closer to the Island to hear its legendary tale. Another hour and a half on the island canoes, will bring you back, but we will make one final stop – to enjoy the delicious cuisine at Nature’s Prime Island. In the afternoon, canoeing will be done at the mainland again. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Cottages

 12th June: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park Uganda Gorilla Trekking

After an early morning breakfast you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park headquarters, the park is famously known for its big habitat of mountain gorillas in Uganda; harbouring an estimated 400 mountain gorillas – roughly half of the world’s population, including several habituated groups, which can be tracked. Its mist-covered hillsides are blanketed by one of Ugandas oldest and most biologically diverse rain-forests, which dates back over 25,000 years and contains almost 400 species of plants. After breakfast, walk to the park headquarters for briefing on the do’s and don’ts during gorilla tracking and thereafter you will proceed to the gorilla trail. Gorilla tracking normally lasts between 2 to 8 hours or even a day to encounter the gorillas. However, you will be allowed to stay in the presence of these awesome apes for at least an hour. It is advisable that you carry packed lunch, which will be provided, as one cannot determine how long it may take to encounter the mountain gorillas. 13th June : Transfer from Bwindi to Murchison Falls National Falls

14th June : Murchison Falls National Park Have an early morning breakfast, and set out for the game drive by 7:00 am. By this time you are able to catch the early risers as well as the nocturnals and hunters before they return to their hideouts. The Nile which flows through the park into two sides, that is, the south and north.The north is preferred for its abundance of wildlife compared to the south. In case your lodge is on the south side you shall drive to the ferry crossing to get to the other side and start the game drive. Explore the major game trials for great wildlife sightings including lots of game such as elephants, giraffes, antelopes, topis, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, Jackson’s Hartebeests, lions and the leopards among others. After more than four hours of wildlife adventure return to the accommodation for lunch. Later set out for the boat ride on Victoria Nile at 2:30 pm. The 3 hour boat ride is great for beautiful wildlife sightings and awesome picture moments. Red Chill.

15th June  : Transfer to Ziwa Rhino to Entebbe International Airport After having an early breakfast and transfer to Zziwa and prepare for pick-up at 7:00 am, You will be driven to the forest in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary which is home to at least 40 mammal and reptilian species including monkeys, antelopes, hippopotamuses, crocodiles and numerous bird species. After a briefing from the ranger you trek the sanctuary for close to two hours. Return and drive to Entebbe International Airport for drop-off which will take around three hours of drive.
